Perfect Parchment Paper Uses
Pin It Now!
King Arthur Flour video showing several terrific parchment paper tips. However... KA's price ($19.95 - 100 pk) is high. Sometimes you can find them a bit less locally, but if you can't, you can always link through my blog for a much better price: 12×16-inch Parchment Sheets ($11.00 - 100 pk
).

I might say, very clever, for lovely imprinted cookies; what she used to flatten the cookies - is the small center "pusher" - from a Cuisinart Food processor. Think I'll just try that myself sometime.
I just loved the idea for the Grilled Pizza trick; can't wait to fire up the grill now!
I appreciate that you can roast veggies and while still keeping your pans bright and clean.
I like that imprinted cookie idea too! Don't have a Cuisinart to get a 'pusher' from though.
I use parchment paper for most of those same uses as she used in the video. Didn't think to make an icing 'piper' to write on cakes with though.
I got my wife hooked on using parchment when making cookies. She loves it.
We started using parchment in the sheet pan when cooking bacon too. Makes cleaning the pan much easier. I just need to find something to help with the clean-up of the cooling rack. I spray it with non-stick cooking spray before laying the bacon on it but it's still a pain to clean up. But the pans themselves have been much easier since I tried the parchment.
I'm gonna have to try it with roasted veggies. And I've never made a grilled pizza before. Will definitely be giving that a try!
I usually buy my parchment papers from Kitchen Kneads. As I recall, we usually pay about $5.99 for a pack. I think it's 100 sheets.
Thanks for sharing this video.
So, what's next???
Yeah Doug, I think I picked them up for about that at Orson Gygi's too; so the KA price really surprised me. Other than food shops, like Kitchen Kneads and Gygi's, I haven't seen them much, besides boxes of rolled parchment in the grocery store. Glad you enjoyed the video, like I did. Next? Just waiting for something to strike me as interesting, I guess. Got any suggestions?
