(b) My main topic(s) for discussion do include:
- My intentions are to offer "BETTER TIPS" and terrific techniques, rather than recipes themselves.
- After 30+ years, I've researched and learned many coveted bread ways, which many professionals and commercial bread bakers may NOT know!
- Okay, I might boast about my own SECRETS for flavorful results with my own personal methods.
- I INSIST... on outstanding freshness... that lasts for several days - particularly whole-grain breads!
Here's to YOU and my BREAD Blog!
Warmly,

Dear Sharon,
How fun! Your blog is darling! I will be checking in often for all your fun cooking ideas. I'm excited to get your "all fruit" jam recipe!
Love, Melissa Achter
Sharon,
What a great idea! I love the artwork on your logo. What brand of bread mixer would you recommend? I always hear many good things about Bosch.
Good luck!

Hi MELISSA; so happy you came to VISIT ME at my blog honey!
Yes, I will hop-to-it on a post for my jam great SECRETS. Cheri Ward is urging me to get to that too :-).

Hey LISA, now YOU can remember long ago, when I USED TO RESEMBLE the little chef (on my logo).
It's true everybody... except for the blue eyes, as mine are brown.

I've loved my Bosch, for well over 30 years, but honestly you don't have own one (or spend that much... as I once USED to believe) to make as great as breads as I can... Hey what a great topic (bread mixers)! I think I'll draw up a draft-post for a future topic.
First topic at hand, look for my BEST secrets to making terrific "all-fruit" jam, coming next.
Thanks for all your love and support. -- Sharon Anne
So glad you have a blog, I'll surely ejoy it as much as your buttermilk. Speaking of bread makers, mine is acting really strange. One day it works fine, the next time it will just stop working when it's about half done, the display is blank, just the "bread" light stays on (and it was on "dough", not "bread" when I started it. Wonder if anyone else has experienced such strange problems?
Terrific Pat, I am glad you've stopped by too. Curious... 1) As to what brand yours is. 2) Try Google, for their 800# to find possible solutions. 3) Do you use it quite a bit? I ask... because I WORE mine out within 3 years, got same model (very day) it went kaput! Now I have 2 buckets :-)!
